Double-check your settings  to Ensure that...

  • You are connecting to the Internet through the iGate Broadband Filtering Router. Other routers should typically be removed from the network as they will interfere with the iGate. Some modem/router combos will cause interference and have special setup requirements.
  • Go to http://install.igateweb.com and follow the instructions to update the Filtering settings on this computer and every computer in your network.


  • Reboot your computer after the installation.
